(1.9M)This version is no longer available from Arcsoft, but is free from places like Tucow. This is a very simple photo imaging software, and very easy for stitching scans together. Despite using more hefty programs like PSP, I use Arcsoft for stitching layout scans together, and for resizing for the web. This is the install exe - save it to your hard-drive and run it to install the application.
