Reality Scrap Yourself (Layout)

 84127-314712-thumbnail.jpg

Created for the Scrap Yourself challenge running currently through the UK, and internationally. This photo was taken on the day of learning of the challenge - March 15th. I realised how real the photo was, and how much it indicates my state of being lately - tired. So tired. I used the personal journaling to talk about my fight with endometritis, the dehibilitating pain, the constanst surgery, doctors who don’t or won’t make decisions to help me, and feeling sick every day of the month but having to pretend everything is alright. Reality scrapping at it’s most raw, I guess. I’m not sure that was what was envisioned with the Scrap Yourself challenge - but I use my own photos often here on my website - normally to slightly ridicule myself. This layout is currently truer to myself than any of that.

This is really great work, Michelle. I suffered terribly with endo and eventually fibroids and adenomyosis.I just knew that something wasn't right.I wish you health and recovery. It's hard to give when you haven't got the energy. Be well.

I just wanna give you a great big bear hug and maybe you could rest all that pain and frustration on my shoulder for just a minute or two.

I hope you get to feeling better. I'm sending you some good "MO JO" via some real angels.

Your picture is adorable. I am so sorry that you have to suffer through endo like that. I understant that it can be terrible. Cyber-hugs. - Marianne

Weird when I saw the photo I started crying and prayed thru the screen for you (not something I normally do!) I have struggled w/chronic fatigue for years...I think digiscrapping is my way of escaping the constant feeling of pain and tiredness...
