1.

The first thing you need to do is signup with a Bloglines Account.

Goto http://www.bloglines.com/ and click on the Subscribe Now link in the middle of the page.

2.

Bloglines asks for some details such as a password, and email address. Make sure you input
a correct email address – an email to validate this registration will shortly be going out there.

3.

Once finished, hit the Register button. You will receive a confirmation page.

4.

Go to your Email address and check for an email. Here’s mine in my Gmail account. I’ve blanked out the verification details a little.

5.

Click on the Verification link provided in the validation email.

You will then be taken back into Bloglines, where you have now been registered! This page has some choices for you too – subscribe to a few of those blogs – Boing Boing is very popular, and it would help to subscribe to the Bloglines Blog in case they make any interesting announcements on their services. The left hand side has some selected topical blogs also – take a look perhaps at the Artist blogs recommended – drop down the + button to see these listed, to choose from. Once you’ve selected a few, click on Subscribe My Selections button.

And here it is – my Bloglines Page, showing all the Blogs I selected and have subscribed to.

7.

Right, to prove how easy this is, let’s log out and log back in, to check your new password works.

Log Out link is found at the top right of your Bloglines page.

Which, as you can see, takes you to a logon again page. Input your email address and password, and click the Log In button. You can also bookmark Bloglines login from the homepage http://www.bloglines.com/ – here you will find a Log In link at the top right.
