The Pod Novel - Day Nineteen

More treacle today. Hours of writing, and only another 5000 words. I’m beginning to feel that I somehow lied to myself that first week, when days topped 7000, even 10000 words. I feel deep, thick, pushing through this syrup and forcing out a scene. It’s tough. Simple as that. My middle is not just lagging, it’s down to my knees.
